Ranking of ethical challenges in championship and professional athletics in Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari province

Abstract
Introduction: Words such as dervishism or lottery, which bring with them good qualities such as morality, piety, Islamic mysticism, and masculinity, are all manifestations of heroic morality, which is one of the most critical manifestations of sports. Although morality is often a well-known concept, one of the particular contexts in which the importance and value of morality are particularly evident in sport. Therefore, the present study intends to rank the ethical challenges in championship sports and athletics in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.
Methods: The study's statistical population was (N = 120); The sampling method was also numerous. The data collection tool was a modified questionnaire from the Moral Growth Obstacles Questionnaire in Sultan Hosseini Sports Media (2013) and the Questionnaire for Prioritizing Ethical Criteria in Iranian Professional Sports (2014). Was calculated with (0.96). The statistical method of this research includes descriptive statistics to describe the data and inferential statistics, which include non-parametric Friedman test to prioritize the components of the study; All statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS software version 22
Results: According to the results of the Friedman test, the most critical factors affecting the ethical challenges of athletics at the championship and professional level in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province are psychological factors, economic factors, legal factors, educational factors and in Finally, there are cultural and social factors.
Conclusion: Psychological factor with an average of 3.27 is the most important factor affecting moral challenges in championship and professional athletics in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. The economic factor was the second factor in prioritization, with an average of 3.20. It is possible to significantly prevent financial immorality in financial matters by creating special financial rules to pay salaries in clubs. The legal factor was the third factor in prioritization with an average of 3.12, and the development of solid regulations such as ethical charters can be effective in this direction. The educational factor with an average of 2.91 is in the fourth priority of the factors. Moral education refers to how talents are used and nurtured to develop and establish desirable moral qualities. The cultural and social factor with an average of 2.50 is the last priority of the factors.
