Dear participants, in order to register and submit an article, you must first be a member of the Congress System (Website).

• To do this, from the main page of the website (upper right corner of the page) click on register and enter all the requested information.
• Be sure to enter all your information in English.
• Your membership type can include four modes: professors, students, and free users. 
• Uploading a personal image with the desired quality is recommended.
• The confirmation email, username, and password of the system will be sent to your e-mail address.
• After completing the membership on the site, you can submit your article from the papers section.
