The First International Congress of Sports Sciences and Interdisciplinary Research pursues the following objectives:
- Introducing the views and comments of experts on the issues mentioned concerning Coronavirus Pandemic, sports activities, and professional sports
- Performing social responsibility of the faculty to provide the latest scientific information in the cases mentioned to the community and the people
- Appropriate introduction of the status of the University of Tehran and the Faculty of Physical Education in terms of education, research, and technology
- Expanding national and international educational and research collaborations in the field of sport sciences
- Developing interdisciplinary research in the field of sport sciences
