| Accepted articles for oral presentation |
Dear Researcher,
We are pleased to inform all esteemed researchers whose papers have been accepted for oral presentation at the “Second International Congress on Sport Sciences and Interdisciplinary Research” that the presentation schedule has been finalized based on thematic groups and paper codes.
The oral presentations will take place over two days — Wednesday and Thursday, November 12–13.
Please carefully review the following points:

You can find your paper code, presentation time (morning or afternoon session), Subject, and presentation hall in the attached Excel file.

Please arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes before the start of your panel and introduce yourself to the session staff.

The Best Speaker Award will be selected from among researchers who are present and deliver their talk at the scheduled time. (Please note that one outstanding presenter will be selected from each oral presentation panel by the scientific committee.)

If you have been assigned as a reserve presenter, you must submit your presentation file by the specified deadline to be eligible for a presentation certificate. You should also introduce yourself to the session staff before the start of your assigned panel.

The oral presentation time in the presence of the judges will be 5–7 minutes maximum.

Please prepare your final presentation according to this template and send it no later than Tuesday, November 11, at 8:00 PM to the following email address:

The file name exactly matches your paper code as registered in the conference system.
(For example: 1061-SPORTCONGRESS)

Issuance of the oral presentation certificate is subject to final registration and payment of the conference participation fee.
