| Presentation schedule for all accepted posters at the congress |
Dear researcher,
We are pleased to inform all esteemed researchers whose papers have been accepted for poster presentation at the “Second International Congress on Sport Sciences and Interdisciplinary Research” that the poster presentation schedule has been finalized based on thematic groups and paper codes.
Poster presentations will be held in two sessions (morning and afternoon) on Thursday, November 13 .
Please pay close attention to the following points:

You can find your paper code, presentation time (morning or afternoon session), thematic group, and presentation hall in the attached Excel file.

Please make sure to attend the designated location at your assigned time.

Outstanding posters will be selected only from among researchers who are present at the scheduled time.

The oral presentation time for each poster in the presence of the judges will be a maximum of 2 minutes.
📌 Important note regarding file submission:
The standard poster template is attached to this email.
Please prepare your final poster according to this template and send it by email no later than Tuesday, November 11, at 6:00 PM to the following address:

When sending your file, please make sure that the email subject line and file name exactly match your paper code in the conference records.
(For example: 1061-SPORTCONGRESS)
Failure to send the file by the specified deadline will be considered as withdrawal from the poster presentation.
💳 Important reminder for receiving the presentation certificate:
Issuance of the poster presentation certificate is subject to final registration and payment of the conference participation fee.
