| Abstract Introduction: Dynamic knee valgus is defined as altered kinematics of the hip, knee and ankle, a defective movement pattern that may increase the risk of knee joint injury. This condition may cause serious injuries to the knee joint during tasks such as jumping and landing, especially during weight-bearing. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effect of eight weeks of FIFA 11+ training on the kinematics and proprioception of the lower limbs in athletes with dynamic knee valgus. Methods: In this study, thirty male football players with DKV under 19 years old were randomly assigned into 2 groups: control and training groups each contains 15 athletes. LESS with Overhead Goal, ankle (in DF & PL) and knee proprioception tests (Using target angle reconstruction error test) were administered before and after implementation of training protocol (FIFA 11+). After identifying the variables, the training group performed the FIFA 11+ program for eight weeks, with three training sessions each lasting 20 minutes per week. The control group continued their normal warm-up routine. To examine the difference between the pre-test and post-test, Correlation T-test, analysis of covariance and Shapiro-Wilk's statistical test were conducted using SPSS 27 with a significance level of 0.05. Results: The results of the present study showed that the FIFA 11+ warm-up program had a significant effect on improving the kinematics of the lower limb landing (p=0.001), knee proprioception (p=0.001) and ankle proprioception in dorsiflexion (p=0.001) and plantarflexion (p=0.002). Conclusion: According to the results of this research, it is suggested that athletes and coaches of all sports fields in which there is a lot of jumping and landing, such as football, volleyball and basketball, use this warm-up program before the main sports activity and competitions.
