| Abstract |
| The InnoFit model, first designed and introduced in 2025 in Spain as an innovative approach to lifestyle change and achieving fitness by Reza Naseri, consists of five main circles: mindset, habit, activity, motivation, and result. This study evaluated the effectiveness of the InnoFit model at Reza Naseri Academy in Iran using the Kirkpatrick model and examined its impact on positive changes in participants’ behavior and sports results. Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels Model is a well-known and widely used framework for evaluating the effectiveness of training and learning courses that evaluates and analyzes data at four levels: response, learning, behavior, and outcomes. The results of this study indicated that the InnoFit model was positively and significantly effective at all levels of the Kirkpatrick model (response, learning, behavior, and outcomes). 95% of participants were satisfied with the environment and training program, 87% of participants learned the basic concepts of healthy lifestyle changes, 87% of participants made positive and sustainable changes in their daily routines, 82% of participants experienced a weight loss of 29.8 kg, 84% of people's energy levels and quality of life significantly increased and improved, and 86% of participants also reported an increase in their self-confidence. |
