During the training period, measurement methods such as the movement assessment battery for children—second edition (MABC-2) (1,2). A case study was a boy 8-year-old with consuming retalin drug and low attention and weak balance at waling. Results: In terms of basic motor skills, the total score of the children with ADHD was increased (Mchange=4, 10), especially the object control skill and balance score (Mchange=4, 7). Conclusion: After the 10-week exercise intervention, the motor function such as balance, coordination levels of ADHD children were significantly improved, especially balance level and object control skills. Furthermore, the motor function was improved to some extent, while the attention ability was also effectively promoted. In the following stage, it is suggested to further optimize the personalized exercise intervention program that adapts to the physical and mental characteristics of ADHD children, and strengthen the organic interaction between schools and families, so as to ultimately improve the overall health of children. |
