PRESENTING A MODEL OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE PROCESS OF RECRUITING AND EMPLOYING VOLUNTEERS IN SPORTS TEAMS (EXPLORATORY APPROACH)

Abstract
Introduction: Artificial intelligence is a branch of science and technology that has been used effectively in various fields for decades; And now in the field of human resources, artificial intelligence is also a growing revolution. Volunteering is a global phenomenon .The aim of this study is to provide a framework to identify the drivers, processes, and consequences of using artificial intelligence in sports volunteer management using a systems approach.
Methods: The present study is qualitative in terms of data collection method and has an exploratory approach in terms of purpose, which involves open and in-depth interviews with experts in order to extract the components of the proposed framework.
Results: The results of the analysis show that the drivers were categorized as drivers for the use of artificial intelligence in sports volunteer management, including technological drivers, social drivers, and organizational drivers. The second aspect of the model, called processes, includes the identification, selection, training, evaluation, and retention of human resources. Ultimately, the consequences of using artificial intelligence in human resource management include financial savings, the development of sports programs, and the growth and development of sports
Conclusion: It is recommended that sports boards use the research to evaluate the advancement of sports volunteer management intelligence programs and use it as a guide for implementing artificial intelligence in sports volunteer management.
