| Introduction: Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and (rTMS) are non-invasive neuromodulation techniques used to improve psychological and cognitive disorders. Despite clinical benefits, conventional TMS systems face challenges such as motor threshold variability, discomfort, and magnetic field instability. The Beta-One TMS device, featuring automatic threshold calibration, stable output, intelligent thermal control, and focused coil design to overcome these limitations, utilizing a low-intensity stimulation protocol to enhance comfort and safety during application. Its magnetic pulses induce neural excitation or inhibition, promoting neuroplasticity and functional brain reorganization. Methods: The Beta-One TMS includes models (e.g. C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6) designed for comprehensive neuromodulation applications across all cortical areas of the brain. The stimulation protocol operates with adjustable magnetic field strengths up to 149 microtesla (µT), allowing for precise, safe, and low-intensity adjustments based on the therapeutic goal. In each session, approximately 1,200 to 1,500 magnetic pulses are applied over 20 minutes, and treatment is usually performed in 10 to 15 sessions over 2 to 3 weeks. In different device models, it is possible to work on 1 to 6 people simultaneously. Also, depending on the device model, it is possible to define 1 to 12 protocols and run 1 to 6 protocols simultaneously. Results: The BetaOne TMS device, with non-invasive magnetic stimulation, is effective in treating anxiety, depression, migraines and sleep disorders, Alzheimer's and hyperactivity, and improves focus, attention, creativity and brain productivity. With short and side effects-free sessions, this device is used for mental health, education and sports performance. Credible approvals and a portable design make it an innovative tool. Conclusion: The Beta-One TMS device offers a scientific, safe, and standardized approach to modulating psychological, cognitive, and neurological parameters. It is proposed to investigate the long-term effects of the BetaOne device using neurobiological markers such as EEG and fMRI and larger clinical samples. |
