| The growth of information and communication technologies, the creation of information, the use of various sources and digital media on the one hand, and the use of educational drugs that are distance learning or the increasing adaptation of information technology. Sports to achieve efficiency and capability in coaches in performing their duties and ultimately improve the performance of their coaches on factors that can cause desirable performance, one of the factors that affect the performance of coaches that is of particular importance and has a significant impact on achieving desirable performance is professional digital competence. The purpose of the present study is to explain the effect of professional digital competence on coaches of sports clubs in Kermanshah province. The present study is descriptive and correlational in terms of the method of collecting data. The statistical population of this researcher was all martial arts coaches (taekwondo-karate-wushu) in Kermanshah province, which numbered 220 people in 1403. The sampling method was the total number and its volume was 220. In the present study, a questionnaire will be used to collect data and structural equation modeling will be used to examine the research hypotheses. The results showed that professional digital competence and its components have a positive and significant effect on the performance of coaches in sports clubs in Kermanshah province at a five percent error level. The results show that among the components of professional digital competence, the most significant relationship and effect on the performance of coaches in sports clubs and content production have the least effect on the performance of coaches in sports clubs. |
