Future Research Of Knowledge-Based Companies in Iran's Sports Industry

Abstract
knowledge is the source of creation of new industries, which are called knowledge-based companies. This study was conducted with the aim of researching the future of knowledge-based companies in the field of sports industry in Iran. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The target population of the research was experts who were aware of the research topic, and according to the purposeful selection, 18 people were identified as the research sample. The data collection tools in the qualitative part were in-depth interviews and in the quantitative part of the research, researcher-made questionnaires, qualitative data to identify the indicators affecting the future of knowledge companies. The foundation in the field of sports industry was analyzed with thematic analysis based on the Brown and Clark model and quantitative data using the technique of interaction analysis and scenario writing. The validity of the qualitative data was confirmed through the two criteria of continuous observation and review by a colleague, and its reliability was confirmed by the double-coder agreement method as 88%. Also, the validity of the quantitative data was estimated using the content validity ratio of Lavshe, 0.80, and the reliability of the data was estimated at 0.88 through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For this purpose, Max-Quda, Mik-Mac and Scenario Wizard software were used .They were categorized into knowledge-based companies. The results showed that knowledge-based companies in the field of sports industry in Iran are affected by 23 indicators in the future, but among them are the indicators of commercialization, entrepreneurship, globalization, media attention, manpower and border expansion. According to the findings, knowledge-based companies play an important role in the effectiveness of production, the crystallization of knowledge in new products and services, the improvement of the level of economy and well-being, and the production of wealth and added value in the field of sports.
