| Abstract Introduction: Flat Feet is one of the common disorder that generally causes biomechanical changes during walking and running and leading to changes in movement patterns and the distribution of orces across the lower limb joints. The aim of this study was the investigated the effects of using medical insoles on the ground reaction forces in individuals with flat feet Methods: In this study, after reviewing numerous studies, a total of nine articles in both Persian and English, were finally selected and analyzed within the time frame of 2020 to 2025, using the citation databases, PubMed,Scopus,Web of Science (WOS) and Google Scholar. Results: The use of the medical insoles was able to change the pattern of ground reaction force distribution in the vertical and anterior- -posterior directions compared to the barefoot condition. his indicates an improvement in the distribution of forces across the foot and a reduction ir abnormal loads on the joints during walking, also, the use of the medical insoles, caused significant changes in the ground reaction force compontets during the late stance phase of the running. Conclusion: Medical insoles can improve the distribution of forces in the foot and the pattern of ground reaction forces during running and walking- |
