| In the digital age, sedentary lifestyles have emerged as a fundamental challenge for global health systems. Concurrently, social networks and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have catalyzed extensive transformations across various sectors. One domain particularly poised to benefit from these advancements is the development of sports and physical activities. AI's capabilities—including behavioral data processing, personalized training programs, performance analysis, and intelligent recommendations—establish it as a powerful tool for designing sports applications. This potential is further amplified by the widespread adoption of smartphones and internet access, which has driven substantial user engagement with health and fitness applications. This study examines the feasibility of utilizing AI infrastructure to promote sports activities within society through developing a specialized platform or dedicated sports application. The central research question explores how AI capabilities—such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision—can be leveraged to create a comprehensive sports application. Such a platform would provide a practical foundation to meet present and future requirements for "sports for everyone, everywhere," while integrating all stakeholders including sports clubs, coaches, sports science and health professionals, athletes, and individuals requiring physical activity support, along with all related service sectors. Key features would include: access to personalized training from experts or AI-generated programs, real-time feedback and automated motivation systems, instantaneous assessment of health and skill parameters through dynamic fitness reports, personalized selection of coaches and facilities, and accurate sports science education tailored to diverse audience needs. These comprehensive services present promising prospects for advancing sports participation and enhancing public health outcomes within our society. |
